The Studio of Guangzhou Chai Yi light Co., Ltd was established in 2006. It is 800 square meters, 34 meters long, 24 meters wide, 20 meters high, and the lights gate layer is 12.3 meter. The studio hall is designed and built completely according to the requirements for the professional studio hall. It has the multi-purpose compound suspension bar, the acoustic suspension bar, monitoring device suspension bar, which has 80 bars in total. The main performance area occupies almost half of the entire space of the studio. There is a lamp wall, an elevated theater curtain, and a theater curtain for relatively opening. The auditorium is the entire automatic chair system which is composed of 434 iron casings luxurious chairs; we has all the professional rooms for different purposes, such as the make-up room, rehearsal room, light modulator room, controlling room, stage prop room; and they are also has been equally made acoustics decoration with the telecast hall. In addition, the studio is also equipped with a central air-conditioning system, fire sprinkler system and other facilities, which can completely meet the production needs of all programs. The following is a summary of specific situations.
Lighting and lighting control system
The lighting has been used: 200pcs 1200W Fine2000 series, for which company owns the intellectual property(100pcs Fine2000 Spot and Fine2000 Wash); 3pcs 2500W V-2029 computer follow light; 4pcs Intelligent Light 96×6kW counter-silicon (Loop 384); 2pcs Jands Vista consoles, T2 and T4, which are imported from Australia and both of which can control 8192 loops. Both T2 and T4 have 1 lighting control computer system. In addition, we can add to the lighting system with various types of computer lightings, conventional lightings as well as all kinds of effect equipments according to the program requirement.
Hanging system
The hanging system we have installed:
36pcs compound suspenders with a length of 3.3 meter in the main performance room. Each suspender is settled with 3 loops.
For 2 loops of it, each is paralleled with 2pcs 16A dustproof and waterproof power sockets;
6 compound suspender (4.5m ) at the shade side of the leading performance place.
Each suspender is settled with 4 return routes, one of them is paralleled with 2pcs 16A dustproof and waterproof power sockets.
4 tent compound suspenders (3.3 meter); each one is settled with 3 return routes. For 2 of it, each is paralleled with 2pcs 16A dustproof and waterproof power sockets; 6 tent compound suspenders (4.5 meters), each one is settled with 4 return routes.
1 suspender (15 meters); 15 compound suspenders (4.7 meters) on the Auditorium, each one is settled with 3 loops. For 2 loops of them, each one is paralleled with 2pcs 16A dustproof and waterproof power sockets;
8 compound suspenders (5 meters) on the side place of the Auditorium; each one is settled with 3 loops. For 2 loops of it, each one is paralleled with 2pcs 16A dustproof and waterproof power sockets; two audio suspenders and two monitor suspenders separately.
All the compound suspenders are settled with 3 loops DMX-512 signal (Digital signals for light transmits which is used internationally), each is paralleled with 2pcs plugs. The strong and poor lines in the suspenders go through separate slot to avoid the disturbance and also to assure the safety of the equipment and control system.
The studio is settled with 5 usual conventional Rail Road links upward in 34 meters. We reserved 35 single hanging place on the equipment level and 45 loops for stock use, which will be convenient for the hanging of each kind of truss and the power distribution in the future..
All the suspension elevators uses the 400kg loaded one. It can transmit smoothly, hold large weight and it is with a good self-locking capability and low noisy, all of which can assure the steady movement and accurate location of the suspension bars. Moreover, it has several multiple protective measures, such as up-down spacing protection and flushes against protection, which guarantees the suspension bar safe in the fluctuation movement process, and guarantees the personal safety of the actors and staffs.
The Studio adopts 3-phase 4-wire system; the power supply system is composed of 2pcs power distribution equipments, which service for the four dimmers and other fixtures. The grounding adopts TN - S system with ICE standard. Neutral wiring and earth wiring is completely separated. Besides, we installed the supply cabinets and light dimmers closet separately in a dimmer room in order to avoid causing electromagnetic interference to the dimming system and broadcasting system.
The studio was supplied power by a 630KW transformer separately, and 1200A wires connect between the transformer and dimmer. Considering the requirement of the live broadcasting, we allocate two diesel generators to avoid accident which may be caused by the electrical supply. A 30KW switch is installed for the convenient use, which can supply power to the television rebroadcast.
Special technology room
In order to make the programming easy and to reduce the cost, we designed and built the special room around the performance hall: 2 VIP make-up rooms; 2 public make-up rooms; 1 rehearsal room; 1 stage prop room; 1 dimmer room; one room (90 square-meters) for the lighting control, audio control, director and the central engine room, as well as other broadcasting rooms.
