Guarantee terms

Guangzhou Chai Yi Light Co., Ltd sincerely provides perfect after-sale service for the customers. Within one year since the purchasing date, if the products get defected under the normal condition use, the company will provide the maintenance free of charge. (All freight charge is not included).

Please take the warranty card along to the appointed places for maintenance.

The maintenance is available under the following condition:

1.

Please show the effective warranty card and the invoice for the maintenance. The warranty card must have the Fine Art label which is to guard against the false label, the dealer stamp and the fuselage serial number of products.

2. Fuselage serial number of the products must totally match the serial number of warranty card; any modification will not be accepted.
3. Our company will only carry on the inspection or maintenance for the products attached the fuselage serial number.

This warranty card will not be available for maintenance service if the damage is caused by the following situation:

(i) The products are not original goods, or the origina label is migrated, damaged or modified.
(ii) The product is damaged due to negligence, artificial accident, improper use, wrong voltage input, the natural disaster, as well as any arbitrarily repair or reassembly.
5. The free maintenance does not include lamp replacement.
6. About the items, all modification rights and final decision are deserved by Guangzhou Chai Yi Light Co., Ltd.

If warranty card and officially purchasing invoice are not provided, Fine Art will charge for the maintenance within one year.
